Who we are

Scheetz Consulting Group ("SCG", "we") provides website generation and business software services to small businesses.

What you own

When you purchase a website from SCG, you own:

• The generated content of your website — the words and structure written for your business
• Your customer-specific website deployment
• Your business data, customer records, and files

SCG retains ownership of the platform that produced it, which includes:

• Our website generation engine
• The SCG platform software
• Reusable templates and generic components
• Our internal automation systems and proprietary workflows

In plain terms: the website is yours, the factory that built it is ours.

Your responsibility for content

Website content is generated with AI assistance from the information you provide. You are responsible for reviewing it and confirming that everything on your website is accurate before it goes live — including services offered, service areas, contact details, and any claims about your business.

What we do not provide

• Legal advice
• Tax advice
• Accounting advice
• Business formation services — we do not form LLCs or other entities
• Any guarantee of business results, revenue, rankings, or lead volume

Payments and subscriptions

One-time purchases are charged at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Usage-based charges — text messaging, phone, bulk email, and AI usage beyond included allowances — are billed based on actual usage.

Refund terms for the beta are handled case by case. A published refund policy will replace this section before commercial launch.

Acceptable use

You may not use SCG to publish unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content, or to make claims about your business that are untrue.
